Real Life Matrix

I got some positive feedback about my review of Pirates, props toMr. Chilli andAgent 279 :-)

This post is aboutyour privacy.

So the story goes like this: not that long ago, the government tried to build a database that would knoweverything about you. They wanted to be able to keep an eye on everything you did. They called it the "Total Information Awareness Program" People didn't like that and it was laid to rest.

However, an even shorter time ago, they started a similar approach to creating a Big Brother, or a Brainiac (for those who like Superman-speak). Of all the names that they could have chosen, of all the names that would have sounded rather harmless to most people, they chose the one that makes the effort sound exactly like what it really is:Multistate Anti-Terrorism Information Exchange

In other words, a real-life,M.A.T.R.I.X !!

May God help us all :-P

And thankRWeddle for sharing this tale
