What's been up? Lots of things!
- Salsa Challenge - dozens and dozens of restaurants, businesses and individuals gathered in Tempe to raise money and awareness of hemophilia ... and man was it tasty! Chips and salsa everywhere you turned -- ridiculous!
- Earth Day - we had a little BBQ at the homestead and tried to be as green as we could. After some birthday shinanigans, we headed out to see Disney's Earth as it's very pretty film and we got to add to the [trees] Disney had promised to plant.
- Classical Indian Vocal Concert - a friend of our's treated us to a beautiful performance!
- Pond Party - I wish I had real pictures, but another friend built an amazingly beautiful backyard over the course of 5 years and finally decided to enjoy it! Included were a pond, fire pit, vegetable garden, fruit trees, and enough room to play a good game of corn hole.
- Pool Party - Can't complain about throwing a football around in the pool and then watching Bulls and Celtics battle it out in a Game 7.
- Wolverine - I honestly wasn't itching to see this one, but it worked out. I enjoyed, despite what most people think of it.
- STOMP - Artists with flare and rhythm mix up some laughs for an awesome show. It was the first time I had been to Gammage auditorium, great venue for a great show!
- Star Trek - I had sequestered myself from all news of this film in an effort to be truly surprised as I indulge myself at this highly geeky film. It worked, I had no clue about the plot, barely any about the casting and I had a blast!
With such a list ... you might understand why I'm out of my Vulcan mind :-P
