Blink

I'll start out with saying that I was not a fan of Tipping Point. I basically avoided this book until I couldn't find much else. Boy was I mistaken! This book is a bit more data-based and had some awesome insights into how we think. Like the cover says, it explores the reactions we have and the conclusions we reach in the blink of an eye. But it goes a bit beyond it as well. It talks about how those impressions can be subtely colored, how to train and listen to this reaction. I really like how it theorizes that it's our "subconscious" that is actually making these decisions and often it is more correct than any cerebral ruminations. Lastly, the facial recognition system, ACR, seems like something worth learning.
