Pop-research knows no bounds. This time, the genre studies what we know and don't know about sex. While the material is interesting, the tone of the author isn't fun. It just seems like she's mocking the whole thing. That being said, her insights into why the topic does and doesn't get funding is interesting and you have to appreciate her giving visibility to the scientists who have helped humanity understand such a big aspect of its existence.
