Drive

AmazonI liked Pinks' talk at Ted and so I read the book. He repackages a bunch of psychology studies and concludes that autonomy, mastery, and purpose are the components of motivation. Some of his notes on motivational tactics are interesting, but also remind me of how zoos feed their animals. Drive could describe the problem from a management point of view, while Linchpin provides the solution from a worker point of view.
