Execution

I read about half of this before putting it down. It turns out execution in a business is pretty much just doing it. The hard part is figuring out what 'it' is. According to these guys, most times leaders fail to do the things that require emotional fortitude and as a result have a sub-optimal business experience. In general, it sounded a lot like Winning so I put it down. The main lesson is to look at the numbers, context and facts and be ruthless in your decisions. Sentimentality, coddling, etc. is not going to help.
