Flow

AmazonA pretty good description of that feeling you get when you're totally in the zone and you're not worried about anything except that one thing. He maintains that the longer you stay in the Flow, the happier you will be. He also maintains that you can bring your entire life in to Flow by pretending every thing is a game, seeing how many times you can do that thing in an hour, and then try to beat that game... it sound all to Tanzrian-ish. But it makes sense, if you're doing what you do because you love it and you're good at it, you're going to be happy; no two way about it. The trick, of course, is to be able to identify those things and have the discipline to do it! Some of my Flow activities include playing basketball, coding and "reading" :-)
