Star Wars Heir to the Empire

Considered to be Episode 7 in the world of Star Wars. I've read this series before and both then and now, I'm very much addicted. Either I'm very good at imagining these characters in my head, or Zahn really konws how to write for them...I'd bet on the latter. The story is non-stop, damned cool and has all the elements of a good action/adventure/mystery/sci-fi novel:-P the best part is that there are still two more books to go. Basic plot-line: 5-years after the death of the Emperor, the old gang is converting the rebellion into a legitimate gov't. Meanwhile the remanents of the Empire is being headed up by an awesome villain: Grand Admiral Thrawn. Enter smugglers, droids, kid-nappings and wookies. It's quality.
