Web+Comics

Welcome to the list of web comics that I've discovered! Use these in case of boredom.

    • -- This comic is about video games and it's damned funny :-) I keep a collection ofPenny Arcade Greats and it's never complete. This comic is also rather successful, as it is the full time job for its writers. Its readership is over 100,000 strong, and can support amerchandise store! They've been around since '98 and I started reading them because ofRyan's advice inJune of 2000.

    • Badmash -The weekly South Asian comic strip

    • -- This comic features commentary on the wheelings and dealings of South Asiancelebrities, South Asianculture, and a presidentialcampaign for the great Amitabh...aka the Big B. Yes, I know, Flash sucks, but if you're not morally opposed to the technology, it's a pretty funny comic :-) Though, I can't swear on it yet...I just found it in Sept of 2003.--Update: Non-Flash users can still see the comic!Just go to>>http://www.badmash.org/email/issue1.gif If you do some url rewriting, you'll see they have at least 17 issues

    • -- This comic strip came out ofStanford! Furthermore, it's aboutgrad students. I'm not a PhD student just yet, but it's amusing all the same. In any case, I just found this one in Sept 2003 as well, but I'm optimistic.
